How To Pay E-Challan Payment Online
- If you find that your challan has been torn, the payment can be made online. For this click on Pay Now option given next to the challan.
- After this verify your mobile number through OTP.
- You will then be presented with your state’s e-challan payment website.
- Here you have to click on Next.
- After doing this, payment confirmation page will appear in front of you.
- Now click on Proceed here.
- Now you can make the payment according to the mode you want.
View and fill your vehicle challan online
- First visit the official website
- Enter your vehicle number.
- Type the Capcha Code.
- Click on Submit.
- Three options will appear Paid, Unpaid and Pending
- Click on Unpaid and make your payment.

Steps to pay Traffic Challan on the State Transport Website
Step 1: Visit your States’s official transport
Step 2: You will find a section dedicated to pay violation fines.
Step 3: You will be allowed to choose if you want to pay violation notices, parking charges, or spot fines, or any other charges.
Step 4: Choose on the appropriate link and you will be asked to enter certain details depending on the type of traffic violation.
Step 5: Generally, you will be asked to enter your new vehicle registration number, old registration number, or your parking violation tag number (If you know).
Step 6: Enter the details and the current outstanding amount.
Step 7: You will be allowed to make the payment using your Master or Visa Card.

Step 9: You will be redirected to a safe page to make your payment.

Here are the steps you can follow if you wish to make e-challan payment online in Gujarat:
Step 1: Visit https://echallan.parivahan.gov.in/index/accused-challan
Step 2: Enter your challan number, vehicle number, or DL number on the page
Step 3: Add the Captcha code and click on the ‘Get Detail’ tab
Step 4: A new page will open where you can get every detail about the e-challan
Step 5: Click on ‘Pay Now’ under the Payment column and proceed further
Step 6: Choose the mode of payment from the given options. You can pay through net banking, credit card, or debit card
Step 7: Once the payment is received, a confirmation message will be sent to the registered mobile number
Steps to Pay Traffic Challan on e-challan Official Website
Step 1: Visit echallan.parivahan.gov.in
Step 2: Select ‘Check Challan Status’ from the drop-down menu under ‘Check Online Services’.
Step 3: Enter the required details and captcha.
Step 4: Click on ‘Get Detail’.
Step 5: Click on ‘Pay Now’ option.
Step 6: Choose the mode of payment to pay challan fine.
Step 7: After completing the payment, you will receive a transaction ID, note it down for future reference.

In case you have misplaced the e-challan sent to you or deleted the challan SMS received from RTO, you can still get every detail about the traffic challan online. Here are the steps by which you can check and verify the e-challan status online
Step 1: Visit echallan.parivahan.gov.in
Step 2: Click on the ‘Check Challan Status’ tab on the homepage
Step 3: A new page will open where you need to enter either your DL number or vehicle number
Step 4: In case, there’s no fine and e-challan against you, a Challan Not Found’ dialogue box will open
Step 5: If there’s a pending fine or e-challan against your name, then a page will open that will show you all the details about the challan
How to Check the Status of the Traffic Challan Using Gujarat E-challan App?

- Step 1: Install the app.
- Step 2: Now enter your vehicle number and click on ‘Get details’.
- Step 3: You will now see the list of your paid and unpaid bills.
