- Download and install the app on your phone
- Login Using OTP
- Open the app and enter your Ration Card number
- You’ll receive an OTP on your existing mobile number
- Enter the OTP to log in
- Select “Pending Mobile Update”
- On the homepage, find the “Pending Mobile Update” option
- Click on it to proceed
- Click on “View” Option
- You will see a list of your details
- Tap on “View” to open the mobile update form
- Enter & Verify New Mobile Number
- Type in your new mobile number
- Click on Submit
- OTP Verification
- You’ll receive an OTP on the new number
- Enter the OTP and submit again
